For the Trade

Curate the Guest Experience

Your guests do not ask for the glass, the ice or the measure. They trust the bar to have decided. The water is the one part of that decision nobody has made yet.

So this is not a product that waits for a guest to request it. It is a decision the bar makes once, the same way it decided everything else about how a whisky arrives at the table.

The Standard

Set The Professional Benchmark

The Scotch Whisky Research Institute's sensory protocol assesses whisky at 20% alcohol, not at bottling strength. Cask strength bottlings are released expecting the drinker to add water. Every trained panel that has ever scored the bottles on your back bar diluted them first.

So the question for a whisky programme is not whether water belongs near the spirit. The industry settled that. The question is which water, and until now nobody has made that choice deliberately.

  • One locked specification

Four salts weighed to a single formulation, verified batch by batch by NABL accredited analysis. Not a range. A specification.

  • Across the group

The same whisky tastes the same in your Mumbai property and your Delhi one. For a group running one whisky list across several rooms, this is the argument.

  • Across the year

In April and in September. Your Tuesday pour matches your Saturday pour, and neither of them depends on what the inconsistant generic water did that week.

  • Nitrogen-Sealed

Oxygen displaced for freshness and structural rigidity. Extended 12-month shelf life.

  • Chills Fast

Reaches serving temperature under 30 minutes. Faster than glass and plastic.

  • Storage Efficiency

Cans are 40% lighter and stack more efficiently, saving precious storage space.

  • Zero Breakage

No inventory loss, enhanced staff safety, and no clean-up delays on a busy night.

What We Do for the Venue

The bartender is the person who makes this work, so most of what we do is for them.

  1. A session with your bar team

We pour HANCER next to your own whiskies, at each of the three levels, with your bartenders doing the pouring. Nobody is asked to take our word for anything.

  2. The serve, framed by level

A drop to open the spirit, a splash to soften the heat, a generous pour for the highball. Three levels your team can offer in the same sentence as the glass and the measure.

  3. Sampling for the room

Stock for a launch night or a tasting, so guests meet the category with a person standing next to it rather than reading about it on a menu.

  4. The full report, on request

Your F&B Director gets the NABL accredited batch analysis with methods and tolerances, not a marketing sheet.

"The water is engineered for the spirit, so the whisky you chose is the whisky you taste."

What happens next

  • We reply, usually within one working day.
  • We come to the venue and pour HANCER next to your own whiskies, at all three levels.
  • Your bar team does the pouring and reaches its own conclusion.
  • If it works for the room, we talk about supply.

We would rather your bartenders decide this at your bar than have us argue it in a meeting room.
