The Partnership
What We Do for the Venue
The bartender is the person who makes this work, so most of what we do is for them.
-
A session with your bar team
We pour HANCER next to your own whiskies, at each of the three levels, with your bartenders doing the pouring. Nobody is asked to take our word for anything.
-
The serve, framed by level
A drop to open the spirit, a splash to soften the heat, a generous pour for the highball. Three levels your team can offer in the same sentence as the glass and the measure.
-
Sampling for the room
Stock for a launch night or a tasting, so guests meet the category with a person standing next to it rather than reading about it on a menu.
-
The full report, on request
Your F&B Director gets the NABL accredited batch analysis with methods and tolerances, not a marketing sheet.
"The water is engineered for the spirit, so the whisky you chose is the whisky you taste."

Trade Enquiry
Tell us about the room and we will come and pour it next to one of your own whiskies. No deck required.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one working day.
- We come to the venue and pour HANCER next to your own whiskies, at all three levels.
- Your bar team does the pouring and reaches its own conclusion.
- If it works for the room, we talk about supply.
We would rather your bartenders decide this at your bar than have us argue it in a meeting room.
